Google+ profiles now integrated into Play Store reviews

Google has made a major change to the way that app reviews are implemented on its Play Store. From now on, users posting reviews on the web store will have to sign in with their Google+ profiles, attaching their real name and associated data to their opinion. It looks like the change hasn’t quite finished rolling out, however, since we were able to post a review to the mobile store without giving any credentials. While Google isn’t exactly shy about integrating its social network into as many services as possible — YouTube, for example — this time around the move should go some way towards increasing accountability and accuracy in reviews across the Play Store.
