When Chef Joshua Skenes came to Noise 13 to rebrand the restaurant’s visual identity, create a logo to represent the importance of the fire in their dishes, and a new website we accepted the challenge knowing that it won’t be easy to read the Chef’s mind and find what is the true essence of Saison. After several months of collaboration and explorations gourmandes, we finally released a very simple, almost ethereal new visual identity that hopefully enhances the grace of Skenes’s cuisine.
